Aurora

Aurora Aksnes (born June 15, 1996, from Stavanger) is the name of a Norwegian music producer and a singer. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves is a May 2015 release from Decca Records. It has been praised by the media and bloggers. She has recorded several high-profile covers, such as Half the World Away (by Oasis), from the group Oasis) to accompany John Lewis' Christmas advert as well as Nature Boy (by Nat King Cole), which were widely appreciated. Katy Perry shared a tweet where Perry made a splash with her track Runaway. Enjoy her day. Aurora Aksnes earliest musical memory is of finding a piano in her attic and being awed by the sounds it would create. Jan Oystein Aksnes and May-Britt Aksnes encouraged Aurora to study music not to get a job or a hobby, but as an opportunity to improve. In the end, she began to write her own music. Her influences include renowned writer Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan in addition to her love of Bjork's style. Her mother had said that her songs can not only aid in her efforts to achieve fame however, they could also help others understand their significance in the world and realize what can be done with them She decided to start singing in public. She began playing the piano as her primary instrument, at six, and she started creating music after turning nine. The family members didn't know about it until she turned fourteen. Aurora was not a goal. Aurora says she loves writing music. She says that music is her most preferred way of feeling something.
